Brenna Ritter, MA

Life can be full of challenges, and one of the hardest parts is knowing when to ask for help. Everyone has a unique story, and sometimes a little extra support is needed to help you move to the next chapter. I want to help those on their journey of growth, discovery, or just simply work through their feelings. My main goal as a therapist is to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone who comes in. Every experience is valid. I do this with active listening, helping with changes in habits, and guiding you to your own strengths and the resources to help you flourish. In my practice, I integrate creative and play techniques for all clients, as well as Narrative Therapy techniques, Gestalt Therapy techniques, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral struggles, relationship or identity questions, or anything else, I am here to support your unique needs. Healing is a process, but it is always possible.
