Rachel Niedrist, MSS, LCSW
Life is full of challenges that can test our resilience and sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, discouraged and alone. Whether it is dealing with personal setbacks, facing unexpected obstacles or crises, or coping with the stress of daily life, it is easy to feel like giving up. Despite the trials that life brings, I am here to provide support to those who may feel alone and be a listening ear to those who may feel unheard and without a voice. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity for healing and growth, and I am committed to helping my clients tap into their innate resilience and inner resources. As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in providing effective and compassionate therapeutic treatment to clients ranging from adolescents to adults. I have implemented a range of therapeutic interventions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. By using a combination of evidence-based treatments and a client-centered approach, I help my clients navigate a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. I desire to create a safe and supportive space where my clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. I am passionate about helping my clients live their best lives and achieve their full potential, and I feel privileged to be a part of their journey.
